Miroslav Bednar is the managing director of adminex Slovakia. From 1991 to 2001 he worked in accounting and financial departments, as well as in management positions in trading companies from the automotive and automotive components sector. Since 2002 he has been a certified tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. Until summer 2007, he was an employee of the Slovak office belonging to the international Grant Thornton audit, tax and accounting network. There he was the head of the tax department and the main administrative manager for more than 5 years. He dealt with Slovak and international tax issues in the area of direct and indirect taxation for clients, especially from Austria and Germany. Besides his enormous knowledge, he has the best contacts with authorities in the country.
